Plate 01 — Linen at noon
The grove is cooler by five degrees. We worked under the trees until two, then waited out the heat like everyone else.
Plate 02 — Under the trees
A slow week
The grove belongs to an old friend of the stylist. Her grandfather planted it, and the oldest trees still carry fruit in October.
We kept to cream, sand and one yellow tie. The lemons did the rest, and the light through the leaves made every frame look warmer than the day.
